we don't have to confess our sins the world but being honest with our selves is really the starting point of everything.
you can confess your sins to God and continue to not be honest with your self about who you are and why you are the way that you are.
looking your self in the mirror accept what you see
don't make it more then what it is
don't make it less then what it is.
